Well, I never thought I would find myself on this site, but I'm hoping to find a great guy! Read on!
My wonderful family and friends would describe me as a honest, sincere, kind, and trustworthy country girl who is always smiling and enjoys laughing frequently. I can be a bit shy at first until I get to know you, but then I'm an open book.
I'm currently a veterinary student planning on becoming a small animal (cat/dog) practitioner, living a dream and goal I have had since I was in 4th grade. It's extremely surreal and exciting, and I'm loving every minute of it!!!!
I enjoy spending time with animals of almost every species, especially dogs, as well as being outside hiking, camping, 4-wheeling, and horseback riding. I show dogs in competitive obedience, rally obedience, and agility while I'm not in school and have time to train. It's a lot of fun for my dog, as well as myself!! I also enjoy cooking, reading, and watching movies, and just about anything else as long as I have good company! My friends would tell you that I have only seen a handful of movies, which is definitely true, and am looking forward to a few recommendations!!
I went to Costa Rica in 2009 with an awesome group from undergrad and absolutely loved learning a bit about the people and their culture, as well as learning about all of the rainforest species that call Costa Rica home and the ecology of the country. It's beautiful there and I want to go back!! I would love to travel to other Central American and South American countries, as well as Europe, in the future, too.
I am currently looking for a guy that is mature, honest, sincere, kind, and trustworthy, who enjoys traveling and is attentive to the simple, wonderful things in life, to spend time with and see what happens. A great smile is a plus!!!
...and if you're a hockey fan (especially the Sabres), wondering what you'll be doing during another NHL lockout, we'll get along great!!!
