Basic Information
I Would Describe Myself As
I'm pretty laid back overall but am also outgoing with friends and in public. I am attractive and bubbly (my daughter always calls me cute) but have had a couple spinal surgeries and struggle with my weight. My daughter who lives with me has health issues so we've focused on health and diet for years and we're both very artistic, always willing to impulsively get out for a 'new adventure.
I like to get as much out of life as i can, be spontaneous and have fun, laugh often and care much. No concern is too small and i would like to think i'm a 'safe place to land". I don't bring that much "baggage" either - not much hidden either but i am not one to rush into something, going ahead of the Lord, assuming or imposing.
My friends say I’m a good friend, I'm honest, loyal, compassionate and always there for them, for anyone, at the drop of a hat with encouragement and compassion. I'm real, no facade, what you see is what you get.
I was in advertising and Graphic Design in a large metropolitan city for 15 years and when i had my daughter, i took on some freelance here and there; corporate identity, fashion illustration, logo design...people find me.:) I have spent the last 15 years mainly doing graphite and colored pencil portraiture though as freelance while i homeschooled my child. I had a website up for years and took it down last year when her health needed more attention. I've written a childrens book, would like to do more of that and possibly some more creative art, not so much technical, which i feel i am doing now...but it's always been a good release for me. It's satisfying as identifying with creation.
