I am 63, and widowed. Life now is so different without someone to share it with. I miss the contentment of just being in the same room with another adult, one where as your thoughts and ideals entwine with each other. I miss good conversation across fom the table at dinnertime. It has become all too quiet.
I'm 5'1" a tad overwieght. I've always been a very active person, I like to do geneolgy research, which has gotten me into the DAR, by proving my family history to the Revolutionary war. I love to go campimg, motor bike riding, bicycle riding, horseback riding, walks, and fishing. I love the water, for boating or swimming. Now wouldn't a boat ride that manders along the river be a great afternoon, stopping along the way to have a picinic.
I love children, have 14 grands and 3 grt. grands of my own. I love family gatherings, and am very family orientated. I feel strong in my christian faith, and attend church regulary. I love the company and fellowship of my christian family at the Baptist church where I attend.
There are so many things I still want to do in life, and I'd love to have a travel partner, with likewise interests.
I really hope to find someone that enjoys life as much as I do. Lets chat a while

I've always wanted to try hand gliding, or mountaian hiking. I've also always wanted to travel the whole USA and camp along the way.

Ilike to do geneolgy research. This also take me to other comunities, where I need to search. I love to camp, However my husband sold our RV just before he passed away. I'm not sure that I can tent it anymore at my age, but would be will to try. I'd love to see more of the good ole USA, but don't want to travel alone, how boring is that not to share it with someone. I'd like to check out that route 66.
I'd like to think that I'm strong in my faith, My day starts with the Lord and ends with the Lord, I go to church 2-3 times a week. I'm a Baptist, and love my church family.
I'm very close to my children and grandchildren. Five children 14 grandchildren and 3 grt. grands, that why I said my home can become crazy at times, depends how many is visiting at one time.
I'm a little overwieght, but try to keep it in line, its kind of hard at times due to some health situations as diabetie's and a broken down thyroid which both fight my good intentions.
