I am a special educator, currently working for a non-profit organization serving families of children with Autism. I love my job, as I love teaching, especially in the field of special education. I always find myself drawn to that kid in the corner of the classroom whose papers are spilling out of his notebook and he can't seem to "get it" on the first try. Maybe because I struggled so much in school, not sure!
