It is always a hard task to try and describe oneself; however, if I were given only seconds to respond with adjectives, I would have to use words such as spiritual, loyal, honest, trustworthy, friendly, joyful, loving, and sincere. To describe myself based on what I do and by the company I keep would be a little more entailed and would be a bit more like this...I am blessed to be in an intimate relationship with my loving Savior. It is the most important relationship that I have. Through it, He has given me a great life, wonderful friends, and a terrific church that I attend regularly. Activity is a prominent source of enjoyment for me as I am continually spending time nurturing my friendships and participating in many ways in my church (teaching, working, singing in the choir, etc.) Not that there isn't any down time, because there is. In the downtime, I enjoy the simple pleasures of my comfortable home, my two precious cats, and most importantly, my time spent with the Holy Spirit, in God's Word, in prayer, and in seeking God's will through communication with Him. In fact, this is of utmost importance on a daily basis as it is vital to me to be grounded in the Lord every day in order to be effective for Him.

It can be said of people, however, that a person is "So heavenly minded that they are of no earthly good". That is not me. I feel that I can be of much earthly good in a very godly way for the right person, the right person who will fill the role as the high priest of the home, someone that God has planned for me to honor, respect, and love. To just type up a description really sells a person very short as it is actually through communication/conversation that relationships are built, and I feel that I am a terrific conversationalist. So, let's just talk...

I would like to get dressed up and go for a nice, quiet dinner in a relaxed atmosphere that is conducive to conversation in order to get to know you better. Dinner would be followed by a long walk and continued easy, comfortable conversation sprinkled with laugther. Kiss me goodbye on my forehead or the back of my hand and leave me with a smile on my face and contentment in my heart.

J'ai toujours voulu essayer

I have always wanted to be able to play the guitar and have recently been taking lessons to accomplish this, but I would really like to play fluently and sing at the same time! HAHA!

Additionally, I would be available to walk through whatever doors God would open for me, be it volunteering locally, starting a new business, or even heading to the mission field.

Mon idée du fun

If confined to my general home area, my favorite thing to do is attend church and worship the Lord! Also, I enjoy spending time with friends, dining in or out, watching movies, long talks, Bible study, and lots of laughter.

If I were able to do anything at all for fun, it would be to travel! I would love to travel west, particularly to Colorado. Also, it would be wonderful to travel outside of the US to Israel and Greece as well.
