I am a character of interest. I have been divorced for 3 years. I was married for 37 years to the same man. Since, then I have felt like I am starting all over. I am a very sweet lady with dark blond hair and blue eyes.I wear glasses to see you better!! I am 5'6'' and a half. Curvy or full figure what ever you call it. I am quiet at first, till I get to know you and then you may want me not to be so nosey. Ha!! I want to have happiness, laughter and share me love to whom ever the Lord leads my way. I have been a born again christian for more years than I was married. But everyday, it seems like I am more dependant on my Lord. He leads, guides and directs my life. I don't make a decision, without asking Him , first, as to what I should do. I have been retired for about 6 years. I was in the Education field for 31 years. I still fill like a kid, though. I love to play board games, Clue, Life. I like to play card games, also. Like Spades, Skipbo , Hearts. I like to work puzzles and I like to sing. I find both of these things relaxing they take my mind off of things. I also, like to garden. I am a member of the National Garden club of America. I had always, lived in a house and had lovely flowers. Some beautiful, iris, roses, hydrangeas,but now I can only have pots with some flowers. Its just not the same, but I still have flowers. I have a small puppy. She and I walk every day, two or three times a day. She gives me love and helps me stay active and exercised. She also makes me laugh everyday. I have one son. He is 23 and is living with me. He is a late bloomer, but with constant prayer, I believe he has finally decided to go to college. I belong to the local Baptist church. I try to go as often as I can. I also, try to volunteer at church as well as in my neighborhood, as often as I can. I take an active part in Sunday School and senior activities. I eat out as often as my finances allow me. I like to go to the show or theater. I like musicals, baseball, basketball and have watched a few football games. I really like the halftimes and great bands. I son played french horn in HS and he was great. I just wish he could continue, with his love of music. I like to shop in regular stores as well as the thrift stores, or flea markets. I have found lots of treasures at Garage sales, also. I like to ride horses, 3 wheeler, if not too fast. I like to bowl, play badmitten, croquet, and some pool. I can play tennis, but not as good as I use to play. The last couple of years of my marriage I lost out on the joy of fun and entertainment. So I have a lot of time to make up for. So I am seeking a Christian man for a life full of happiness, love, fun and romance not just for the dating of now, but the lifetime of marriage
and life ahead.

Den idealiska första dejten för mig skulle vara att

Dining out some quiet restaurant. Sitting at a booth or table and talking and getting to know someone. Maybe taking a walk afterwards and then sitting in a park or outside table if cool enough and talking some more. It could be breakfast(if not at the crack of dawn or lunch. Or supper, what ever is convenient for the man. It will depend if he works or is retired or can get off during the day if he does, work!

I want to fall in love. I want to be romanced, but not just during dating but for the rest of my life. I want to be falling over happy and feel loved like I never have before. I want to feel secure, in the man I give me heart to and equal to him. I don't want someone who will act as if he is better than me. I want to walk beside him, not behind him. I want him to be proud to introduce me as his friend, lover and wife. That is me goal for the future. I also, want my son to start college and finish and have the confidence, he did not get living in the home with his Dad. I want to raise some beautiful flowers and help people who are less fortunate than me. I would also like to help my God-child to get some education and break the cycle of having children out of wedlock like her mother and aunt.

Det jag tycker är kul är

My idea of fun day would be to go out to eat and maybe go to a flea markets or antique store the junkier the better, see what treasures, I could find. Maybe sit in a park and talk and listen to the water or creek run or go to the beach and sit down and let the waves rush over your legs, that would be so relaxing and just get to know who ever that special person is that takes me to those special places!!

I am looking for the love of the Lord, a Christian, humor, empathy, honesty, loyalty, thoughtfullness, caring for others, kindness and wit. Laughter is so good for the soul, for people that are depressed. Musical also is helpful in keeping people alert. Someone who is not afraid to show open love, and tenderness. An all around, Prince Charming that will make his women is one and only for the rest of his life and her's.
